É preciso reafirmá-lo neste momento, pois os governos querem usá-lo na guerra contra a Rússia. Uma guerra que não conta com o apoio da maioria do povo europeu. Os governos procuram a guerra para não ter de prestar contas da sua gestão catastrófica das economias. A guerra serve para disfarçar a bancarrota; esta pode facilmente (e falsamente) ser atribuída à guerra.
