Se o governo dos EUA, as grandes corporações de media e todos os servos da ordem imperial fazem tanto para ocultar e dar uma versão completamente falsa e heróica das acções militares (e outras) das guerras da Coreia, do Vietname, do Iraque, até hoje, é porque sabem que a sua imagem e autoridade repousam largamente numa narrativa totalmente fictícia, para consumo das massas. Sem tal imagem fabricada, a natureza desse poder fica completamente desnudada e portanto, enfraquecida.
